We really enjoyed this hip new hotel, no complaints. The lobby served a great selection of meals for breakfast. The location was marvellous and favourable, in the middle of jackson. Plus, it was really close to Sevierville and eastern Morristown.

The staff was excellent, efficient with every request. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including coffee, muffins, and cookies.

We booked king room for 1 night and had a great stay. It was new-fashioned, reasonably spacious bathroom.

Its location at a short distance from Frank Lorino Park was great and particularly good. There was a well-appointed and clean room.

Honestly no complaints. A great selection of options for breakfast in the lobby. Easy to get to, marvellous location adjacent to eastern Morristown as well as Sevierville for the next day. Also, in the middle of jackson.

I didn't want to leave and would return there. The hotel was perfectly clean with really helpful and affable staff members. Cheap food and modern room - had a such great stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, my stay lasted for 1 night. Favourable location in the middle of jackson, I loved it.

Enjoyed my well-appointed and modern room and the pool was nice. The location offered was favourable and perfect just next door to eastern Morristown and Sevierville for the next day. Easily reached Hardee's, located just a short walk away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there...

Our stay at Fairfield Inn was pleasant and comfortable. The room was impeccably designed with modern amenities, including plenty of power outlets and a spacious bathroom with convenient shelves. The bed was cozy and the linens were clean. The hotel staff and management were friendly and efficient, making our experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent design and friendly service.

Modern design, new rooms and common areas. Big white shower, plenty of shelves in bathroom and room. Comfortable bed with clean linens. Lots of power and USB outlets. Friendly and efficient staff. Better experience than previous hotel stay in the area.

The hotel was in an ideal location, close to businesses and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The fitness center and pool were nice amenities.

We had a great stay at this hotel located in a convenient area near major roads. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and made us feel like family from the moment we checked in. The best aspects were the clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds, ample parking, and the good size TV. Additionally, the hotel was able to provide us with the necessary resources to attend a virtual court hearing. We were thoroughly impressed with the whole experience.

My Thanksgiving stay at this hotel was great! The newly built hotel was located on a convenient main road, making it easy to get around. The rooms were spotless and well-appointed, with a large TV and a super comfortable bed that allowed me to sleep soundly. I really appreciated the friendly front desk staff, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even provided me with extra towels when I needed them. The breakfast offered a nice selection of food to start the day.
